Chop is the home of "fine casual", an exciting new dining concept. Fine casual offers guests the luxuries of the fine dining experience (extraordinary food, a notable wine list, quality spirits and service and surroundings that pamper) mixed with the ease, energy and value of casual dining.

We are looking for food service professionals who share our enthusiasm for delivering this new dining experience. You must be passionate about quality food and wines, and fanatical about service (whether in the dining room or the kitchen) that is professional yet inviting. You must also share our belief that ultimately it is the people who will create the atmosphere that will make fine casual dining a cut above in the marketplace.
