Server & Supervisor, Chop Edmonton
1. Background:
Started my food and beverage career in a coffee shop 14 years ago in Ontario, fell in love with a fast paced work environment at first sight and have never left.
2. What do I do at Chop?
I’m in my first year as a service professional and service quality leader. I am going to Winnipeg to train new Chop team members and have recently been promoted to supervise.
3. Why do I work at Chop?
For me, it’s a career decision! I found this brand new and a fabulous company that I am so excited to be with and grow with.
4. Future plans with Chop?
My goal here is to someday be a general manager or franchisee, maybe even a big wig at head office. I can’t wait to see what doors will be opened for me.
5. Why I love Chop?
It’s so nice to work with people who have passion and personal goals for themselves. I work with an amazing team and we serve even better food. It’s something for me to be very proud of! If you are eager to further your career in the industry, Chop is the only place to be.

7. Stuff I do when I’m not working:
Travelling, dining and anything to do with live music, patios in pubs in the summer, playing guitar, and singing & dancing baby!
8. What makes Chop different from other restaurant jobs?
Definitely the people who work here. Management is selective when hiring staff and choosing people with high energy and passion. Everyone seems to get along very well. The level of professionalism within the building ensures nothing less than the best quality product and service. Cheers!
